Haptic Forge is a visual editor for Core Haptics. Draw a haptic pattern, tune it, and feel the result on your iPhone straight away. Then export a standard AHAP file, ready to drop into your app or game.

DRAW WHAT YOU FEEL
Every pattern is a stack of layers on one timeline.
• Continuous layers are shapes you drag into place: how fast they ramp up, how long they hold, how they fade.
• Transient layers are single, crisp taps.
• Set intensity and sharpness for every layer, by dragging on the chart or with exact values.
• Mute a layer to feel the rest, and watch the combined pattern on the main chart.

HAPTICS FROM SOUND
Import a sound and Haptic Forge builds the haptics for you: a tap on every beat and a continuous rumble through every steady stretch. The waveform sits under the chart so you can line layers up by eye, and play the sound with the pattern to check the timing.

FEEL IT ON IPHONE — EVEN FROM YOUR MAC OR IPAD
On iPhone, Play runs the pattern on the Taptic Engine. Designing on a Mac or iPad? Pair a nearby iPhone once with a six-digit code, and it plays every pattern as you edit it. The connection stays on your local network and is encrypted. No iPhone nearby? Patterns play as sound, so you still get a sense of how they will feel.

WORKS WITH YOUR PROJECT
• Import and export standard .ahap files, the format Core Haptics loads directly.
• Imported third-party AHAP files become editable layers.
• Exported files stay valid AHAP for any app that reads them.
