Harley Meets — Badminton, Pickleball Socials & More

Play more. Organise less.
Harley is the easiest way to find, run, and play badminton and pickleball socials — and every other sport your community plays. Find a social near you and grab a spot in a tap, or run your own: events, payments, members, and a live court rotation, all from one app. No spreadsheets, no group-chat chaos, and no more chasing people for money.

FOR HOSTS & ORGANISERS

‣ Create Socials in Minutes: Set the sport, skill level, schedule, venue, capacity, pricing, and rules. Save drafts to finish later, or set up a whole series of dates at once.
‣ Collect Payments Your Way: Take card payments in-app with automatic weekly payouts via Stripe Connect, or accept cash, PayID, bank transfer or Beem exactly as your group already pays. Both work on the same social.
‣ Know Who's Paid: One roster shows who's settled and who still owes, whether the money came through the app or into your hand. Tick payments off as they arrive, nudge the stragglers, and see a clear breakdown of your net payout.
‣ Split Costs Fairly: Set a price range up front, then enter the real costs after the social and let Harley split them evenly across everyone who played.
‣ Start Your Club: Build a club, set your branding, and control who can join — public, or approval-only with member requests. Every club gets a shareable web page anyone can view.
‣ Run the Day: Manage check-ins, confirm attendance, and keep clubs, socials, members, and revenue in one host dashboard.
‣ Switch Modes Seamlessly: Toggle between playing and hosting. Join socials when you want, organise when you're ready.

GAME DAY: LIVE COURT ROTATIONS

‣ Live Court Board: Built for badminton and pickleball, tennis and more — a shared board showing who's playing and who's waiting, updating in real time on every phone.
‣ Queue & Round Modes: Run a queue, or play structured round-robin sessions.
‣ Smart Match-Maker: Auto-generate fair, varied line-ups that balance games played, avoid repeat partners, and even out skill.
‣ Your Turn, On Your Phone: See exactly when you're up and which court to head to, with a live countdown — no crowding around a whiteboard.
‣ Sessions That Run Themselves: Games plan themselves as players check in and anyone can start their own match when a court frees up — so the organiser gets to play too.
‣ Scores That Stick: Live leaderboard, full match history, and a recap that lasts after the session ends.

FOR PLAYERS

‣ Find Socials Near You: Browse by sport, skill level, distance and time — badminton, pickleball, tennis, basketball and more.
‣ Join Instantly: See a social you like? Grab your spot with a tap, and bring up to 3 named guests.
‣ Pay How You Like: Card in the app, or cash, PayID, bank transfer or Beem straight to the host — whichever they accept. You'll always see how to pay and what you still owe.
‣ Plans Change: Cancel a paid club social up to 24 hours before it starts and your money comes back as club credit, applied automatically to your next one.
‣ Never Miss a Spot: When a social is full, join the waitlist and get notified the moment a place opens up.
‣ Turn Up On Time: Automatic 24-hour and 1-hour reminders, plus one-tap add to Apple or Google Calendar.
‣ Stay Connected: Club chats, a dedicated chat for every social, and direct messages keep you in the loop before and after.
