Harmony is the AI relationship coach built for both sides of the conversation. Use it solo or with your partner to say what you mean, understand what's beneath conflict, and build habits that keep you connected.

PRIVATE AI COACHING FOR BOTH SIDES

In a Solo session, talk privately by text or voice, sort through what happened, and prepare for the conversation you want to have.

In a Couples session, both partners join one guided conversation while each can receive private AI coaching on their own screen. Harmony can help one partner find the need beneath a sharp reaction and prompt the other to acknowledge its impact before defending their intent. Neither partner sees the other's private coaching.

Instead of letting "You never make time for us" become another argument, Harmony might help one partner say, "I've been missing you, and I need us to protect time together." The other might privately see a prompt to acknowledge the hurt before explaining why plans changed. Harmony does not choose sides; it helps both people feel heard. Actual AI guidance varies.

Handoffs let you share one selected thought from a journal or Solo session without exposing the rest. Harmony can soften it before it reaches your partner.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Harmony encrypts private relationship content before storage, including session messages, journals, moods, check-ins, and Handoffs. It cannot be read from our database or browsed in staff tools. For AI coaching, only the content needed is temporarily decrypted and securely processed by paid AI providers that do not use API prompts or responses for model training.

Journaling, moods, manual goals, milestones, streaks, widgets, check-ins, nudges, appreciations, personal history, and the data-based counselor export are free. Free members also receive human-written questions and quick-touch lines.

Premium includes AI coaching, personalized check-ins, Sunday Letters, suggested goals, personalized Chapters, softened Handoffs, and personalized counselor-export overviews. Solo and Couples chat are unlimited on the applicable plan. Each person receives 90 voice minutes per week, shared across Solo and Couples Voice and resetting Monday in their local time.
