Health Export – CSV & JSON

Health Export saves your Apple Health data as files you own.

Pick a folder in the Files app, choose JSON Lines or CSV, and export. You get one file per data type, ready for a spreadsheet, a script or your own archive.

Exports of the last 7 or 30 days are free. Health Export Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscription — that unlocks the last 90 days, the last year, all time and Changes only.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no analytics, no network connections. The app only reads the data you allow and writes it to the folder you choose. It never writes to Apple Health.

A manifest lists every file and how many records it holds, so you can check the export at a glance.
