With this free Healthgram app, experience an easy way to use your iPhone’s HealthKit data (viewable in your Health app) in your employer-sponsored Trax incentive program. The Apple Watch, as well as other wearable devices and health-related apps on your iPhone, can feed into HealthKit and use it as a central place to store data about your activity, heart rate, etc. This data can then be shared with this free Healthgram app, so that it can be considered for credit for any health or fitness related Trax modules. Your employer must have an active Trax program in order to use this app.
