All weight comparisons normalize to kilograms internally, so entries in pounds and kilograms coexist cleanly.

Beyond the weight log, Healthy Pet Tracker keeps everything in one place. Attach vet visit notes, milestone records, medication events, and grooming entries. Upload PDFs and images — lab results, discharge paperwork, anything you'd otherwise lose in a folder — and preview them without leaving the app. Breed insights surface species-specific weight context when you want it. And if you track more than one pet, each has its own profile, chart, and history.

No account needed. Weight logs, notes, photos, and documents stay on your device — nothing is sent to a server. No analytics. No third-party SDKs. Export your data from Settings at any time as a CSV file, shareable via any standard iOS share sheet.

No streaks. No daily-logging pressure. No ads. No upgrade prompts mid-use. Pro features are marked clearly where they appear — the free version supports all your pets.
