HearEasy - Sound Amplifier

HearEasy is a personal sound amplifier and assistive listening tool for everyday conversations, TV, and nearby sounds. Connect wired or Bluetooth headphones, place your iPhone near the sound source, and choose a listening mode in seconds. Sound is processed on your device, and no account is required.

Privacy and safety:

Microphone audio is processed on the device. Recordings, transcripts, and listening-check results are not provided to advertising services. Transcription uses Apple's supported on-device speech recognition only after you request it. Start at a low volume, increase it gradually, and obtain consent before recording other people.

HearEasy is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat hearing loss and does not replace a hearing aid or professional hearing assessment. Listening-check results are for personal reference only and can be affected by headphones, environmental noise, and device volume. Consult an audiologist or doctor if hearing concerns persist.

All core listening features are free. The free version may show ads or recommendations for our other apps. An optional VIP subscription removes ads without changing access to the core listening features.

Transcription supports Chinese and English only, on compatible devices; the six interface languages do not mean six transcription languages. It does not automatically summarize meetings or identify different speakers. First use may require an Internet connection to download an Apple language model, and speech recognition permission may be requested. If on-device recognition is unavailable, the app shows an explanation instead of uploading audio for cloud recognition. Please review transcripts for errors. Apple device or iCloud backup settings still apply to local data.

VIP subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store subscription settings. The purchase screen displays the localized price and subscription period before purchase.
