Use the app’s Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) proximity radar to help locate your hearing aids.
The radar displays signal strength and estimates how close you are to your lost hearing aid(s).
HAPTIC FEEDBACK :
Feel the search. When you’re near your missing device, your phone will vibrate to let you know — thanks to built-in haptic feedback that reacts to BLE signal strength.
BLUETOOTH LOW ENERGY:
Our app works with any hearing aid that supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 4.0 or higher). Note: Your hearing aid must have battery power and be actively transmitting a BLE signal in order to be found.
FREE VERSION:
If your hearing aid doesn’t appear in the “Found Devices” list, do not purchase the full version.
This means the hearing aid is either:
- Out of Bluetooth range
- Powered off or out of battery
- Not currently broadcasting a BLE signal
DISCLAIMER:
While our app supports most smart hearing aids, some manufacturers use proprietary BLE connections that are locked from third-party access. Unfortunately, these devices are not supported.
