ROUNDS THAT FIT YOU
Start with The classic six: six 3-minute rounds, 60-second rests, orthodox. Choose another curated session or customise your own: up to 10 rounds, 2- or 3-minute rounds, 30- or 60-second rests, orthodox or southpaw, and optional recovery coaching. Original English and Spanish coaching are included.

A FRESH ORDER, WHEN YOU WANT IT
Switch on Shuffle to explore more of the coaching library in shorter sessions. Recordings play in a fresh order without repeating until the available set has been used. Prefer the familiar sequence? Original order remains the default.

CREDIT FOR THE WORK
Track completed and partial workouts, rounds and boxing time. Add your weight manually for estimated active calories. Export your session history whenever you like.

YOUR BOXING, IN APPLE HEALTH
Choose to save Boxing workouts and estimated active calories to Apple Health. A short introduction explains the benefit and your choices. Health is optional, and Heavy Bag does not read your Health history. Calorie estimates use weight and active boxing time, excluding rests and pauses; they are not heart-rate measurements.
