heavypal

heavypal is a workout tracker built for people who actually train. Log your sets in seconds, follow a plan that adapts to you, and watch your progress add up, on your own or with friends.

PLAN
• Build your own programs or start from a template
• An AI coach that listens: tell it how training went and it tunes your program. It can swap exercises, adjust volume, or plan around a sore shoulder
• Add training days to your device calendar so sessions actually happen

TRACK
• Fast set logging: weight, reps, done. No fiddling mid-set
• Rest timer and a live workout notification so you can stay off your phone
• Exercise library with clear animations
• Body weight tracking alongside your training

IMPROVE
• Progress you can see: charts for strength, volume, and consistency
• Session history that shows exactly what you trained and when
• Personal records, streaks, and milestones that keep you honest

TOGETHER
• Add friends with a simple invite link
• See each other's workouts and cheer each other on
• Leaderboards, worldwide and by country. Friendly rivalry included
