Helio. Energy Tracker

Helio is a habit tracker built around one question: what actually gives you energy, and what takes it away?

Every habit is either an Inspire or an Exhaust. Log it with a single tap and the day's score moves by the energy that habit is worth, with one word for how the day is going. Under it, the balance shows where the day sits between your worst possible day and your best. No streak guilt, no scoring you against strangers — just your own day, honestly counted.

ONE TAP, EVERYWHERE
• Two home screen widgets — the medium one logs a habit without opening the app
• An Apple Watch app with the day's score and its balance, your habit list and watch-face complications in all four styles — a ring on the round one
• Everything stays in sync, and taps made offline arrive when you reconnect

BUILT FOR REAL DAYS
• Habits grouped into Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Any time, with reminders per weekday
• Carry-over energy for habits that keep paying off tomorrow
• Past days stay editable, so a forgotten log is not lost
• "Happened Today" for one-off things that will never be a habit
• Notes on any habit, on any day

MADE TO LOOK AT
• An ambient particle background that reflects the shape of your day
• Haptics that feel different for an Inspire, an Exhaust and a day fully logged
• Light and dark — and the particle background can be switched off

YOURS, AND PRIVATE
• Works with no account at all — nothing forces you to sign in
• Sign in with Apple or Google only if you want your habits on more than one device
• No ads, no third-party tracking, nothing sold to anyone
