Here you get behavioral improvement coaching. Coaching involves listening to a health coach, doing a 5 minute home workout and some basic reading. This will make you accountable and reinforce the discipline for sustained health improvements.

This widget gives you access to over 3,000 recipes. You can search for any ingredient and get a list of recipes.

These lessons last from 10 to 15 minutes. They revitalize your skin, reduce wrinkles and reduce stress. You also get meal plans for improving skin health.
Sleep Well -
This widget tracks your sleep. It will inform you on how much sleep you had and what was the quality of sleep.
Shopping List -
The shopping list is created from ingredients in the week’s meal plan. You can remove an ingredient, add ingredients and can even add regular grocery items such as soaps.
Weight Tracker -
Tracks Weight at monthly level. You will be nudged to take your weight every week once.
