Description by Brandi Murphy (from the App Store)

In a world where you’re pulled in so many different directions, the HERE App provides a daily space where nothing is expected of you except to be here.

When you want to stay grounded and growing but life is just so hectic, the HERE App delivers a 2-minute dose of audio each weekday to help you do just that.

Think of the HERE App as the welcoming friend that reminds you of what is most true and helps you take a moment to be present in a way that fits your busy schedule. Give yourself the gift of a few minutes each day to just be HERE, in the moment.

The short audios include bite-sized nuggets of wisdom from me, Monica DiCristina, a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of experience in individual and couples therapy. By drawing on the stories and experiences from my own growth journey as well as my extensive work with clients, I share short teachings, mindful meditations, and reflective questions centered around one topic a month. And the best news is, you get to show up just as you are and be here.

So you can take a deep breath, drop your shoulders and exhale the rest. You’ve arrived. You’re here.

Download the HERE App today and sign up for a 14-day free trial to see for yourself how just a few minutes a day can bring you a calmer heart and a steady mind.
