Elle vous permet de choisir le service le plus proche de vous en cas d’urgence – sauf urgence vitale –, d’en consulter en temps réel le taux d’occupation et d’établir l’itinéraire le plus court pour vous y rendre d’après votre position.

En cas d’urgences vitales, appelez le 144.

Grâce à sa fonctionnalité de préadmission, elle vous permet de simplifier votre processus d'admission et ainsi diminuer votre temps de passage à l'hôpital.

Pour fonctionner, l’application HFR nécessite une connexion 3G ou Wifi.
L’utilisation de la localisation en arrière-plan peut diminuer la durée de vie de la batterie de votre téléphone.
