The HFS system leverages the science of neuroplasticity to deliver a multimodal intervention that includes Structured Skill-Based Movement, Bone-Conduction Music Therapy, and Static Flow Training. Our certified HFS Trainers, accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) Continuing Education, use Dr. Edward Hallowell’s Cycle of Excellence to guide children through connection, play, practice, mastery, and recognition in each session. Through structured skill-based movements and bone-conducted music, trainers provide performance feedback to personalize and enhance training outcomes.
