Hire ANNA

ANNA is an AI assistant for small businesses that deals with your whole admin pile. It picks up the calls, keeps the books tidy, chases late payers and sorts your tax, so you can get back to the job you love. Built for sole traders, freelancers and limited companies.

Hire ANNA for six jobs, not one
• Receptionist: answers your calls and WhatsApps day or night, with a summary and clear next steps
• Sales assistant: catches enquiries, tracks customers and chases quotes still waiting for an answer
• Bookkeeper: matches receipts to transactions and invoices to payments, and chases what’s missing
• Accountant: prepares your filings, including Self Assessment, VAT, MTD, corporation tax and annual accounts. It answers tax questions and spots savings
• Finance manager: handles money in and out, pays suppliers and warns you when cash gets tight
• Office manager: gives you a registered address, and our team scans and summarises every letter

Your AI accountant and bookkeeper
Making Tax Digital (MTD) filing to HMRC is built in, so your quarterly updates, VAT returns and Self Assessment are handled in one place.

You’re in control
Choose which tasks ANNA runs on its own and which need your approval first. Nothing gets filed with HMRC until you say so.
