HLTHYher provides individualized support for women taking GLP-1 medication (like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound) to manage chronic conditions like obesity, diabetes, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). As a HLTHYher member, you’ll be paired with a personal health coach that you work with 1:1 via text message and phone or video call on creating new habits in the areas of physical, mental, and social health.

Membership to HLTHYher program content requires an active subscription or access via subscription code. If you do not have an existing subscription or subscription code you will be prompted to purchase one in the app.

As a HLTHYher member, you can use the app to track relevant measures like:
- weight
- medication experience
- medication side effects
- nutrition
- hydration
- sleep
For any measure you track, you can also view trends and relevant insights that will help you create sustainable behavior change.

The HLTHYher app also provides you with evidence-based educational resources, such as short thought-provoking videos, soothing guided meditations, engaging activities, and up-to-date articles about topics that will help make your GLP-1 journey easier.

As a member, you’ll also join our private and collaborative community of women to learn and grow alongside others on a similar journey. You’re not alone, even if it may feel that way right now. You’ll be placed into a small group with other members, and you can choose to join bi-weekly group coaching calls, led by one of our compassionate coaches. Discussion topics vary and are up to the participants; it’s a conversation where you can share with, listen to, and support other women.
