HokieTransit is built around a Virginia Tech student's day: class, the gym, dinner, home. Live Blacksburg Transit buses, a plan around them, and now deals at the places you go.
Transit. Live departures near you, route maps showing every bus running, and step by step directions.
Schedule. Add your classes by CRN. Get a leave alert built from live bus times, not a fixed reminder, for however you travel: bus, walk, bike, scooter, skateboard, or drive and park.
Student Deals. Discounts at Blacksburg businesses, only in HokieTransit. New deals drop weekly, and each one stays live for 30 days. Tap Show QR at checkout and staff scan it. A deal can be used once a week per phone. Some offers also show up on bus trips you plan, marked Sponsored.
Is it busy. Live gym occupancy, dining mobile order estimates station by station, and student reports for the library.
Feed. Rider updates, questions and ideas.
Widgets. Your next class and leave time, nearby buses, a pinned route and service alerts on the Home Screen, plus Lock Screen accessories and Control Center buttons. Start a trip and your next bus stays in the Dynamic Island.
Live means live. A live badge appears only when a bus is reporting its position. Scheduled times say scheduled.
No account needed, and nothing to pay in the app. Discounts come off at the store's register.
