HomeSaver: Home Maintenance

The maintenance you skip is the most expensive thing in your home. A $20 filter you didn't change becomes a $14,000 HVAC replacement. A water heater you didn't flush regularly floods the basement. Expensive, but preventable with regular maintenance.

HomeSaver tells you exactly what your home needs, and when. Answer a few questions and it builds your whole maintenance plan, then reminds you before the small stuff turns into a big repair. Protect your biggest investment, without the guesswork.

Everything stays on your device. No account, no ads. If you turn on backup, your data syncs through your own iCloud and stays private.

WHY HOMEOWNERS USE HOMESAVER:

• Stop guessing what your home needs, and when
• Catch the small stuff before it becomes an expensive repair
• Protect the value of your biggest investment
• Replace the spreadsheet, the sticky notes, and the mental load

HOW TO USE HOMESAVER:

1) Answer a few quick questions about your home when you start, and HomeSaver builds your maintenance list for you.
2) Add more from HomeSaver suggestions for common appliances and systems, or use a checklist to set up everything around a goal, like getting ready for winter or settling into a new home.
3) Get reminded before each task is due, not after it's a problem.
4) Mark it done in a tap.
5) Watch a maintenance history build for every item: a dated record of what you did and when.
6) Keep manuals, parts, model numbers, and notes on each item, so when it's time to act you're not digging through a closet or your order history.
