Homeschool Moments: Tracker

Homeschool Moment keeps your homeschool records for you. Capture the learning that already happens in your day, and it becomes an organized record of each child’s year, ready when an evaluator, a co-op leader or family asks to see it.

WHAT YOU CAN CAPTURE
• Photos, a short video, a voice note or a worksheet PDF, together on one moment
• Bulk import from your camera roll when you are catching up
• Quick capture from widgets, Siri, Control Center and Apple Watch
• Works offline and syncs when you reconnect

ORGANIZED FOR YOU
• A description and subjects are added for you, and you can edit both
• Subjects like Science, Art, Nature Study and Language Arts, plus your own categories
• Filed under the right child and the right date
• A timeline of every moment, newest first

WHEN SOMEONE ASKS FOR PROOF
Export a portfolio PDF with your moments, dates and photos, plus a breakdown of every subject covered and its share of the year.

Or share a private web link. Evaluators, co-op leaders and family open it in a browser, with no app or account needed. You choose which children and which dates are included. Every link expires automatically, and you can revoke it at any time.

FOR THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD
• Invite a spouse, grandparent or carer to view and add moments
• Streaks and over 180 achievement stickers celebrate the learning you’re already doing
• Home screen widgets, Apple Watch, iPad, Mac and Apple TV
• iCloud backup

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your family’s records belong to you, and we never sell your data. On supported devices with Apple Intelligence, descriptions are written on the device itself.

WHO IT IS FOR
Homeschool Moment works as a homeschool tracker, record keeper, learning journal and portfolio builder, whatever method you follow.
• Charlotte Mason, classical, Montessori, Waldorf and unit studies
• Unschooling, wildschooling, roadschooling and worldschooling
• Eclectic, secular, faith based and school at home
• Co-ops, learning pods, hybrid programs and umbrella schools
• Families preparing for a portfolio review or an annual evaluation
• First year homeschoolers and long time veterans

Built by a homeschooling family, for the record they wanted to keep themselves. If Homeschool Moment helps you, a rating or review helps other families find it.
