ENG: Hometrack allows users to analyze the impact of extra payments for paying off a mortgage early. By entering details you can calculate the monthly payment and total price of the house. After entering and calculating your monthly payment you can analyze how paying extra money will reduce your monthly payment and accordingly total price. Analyze section is consist of two parts: custom and recursive. The custom section gives you the flexibility to enter different date intervals and different amounts of money that you can make as extra payments. The recursive section is considered to calculate extra payments for repeating time intervals and the extra payment amount will be the same. This section will help you to analyze quickly by entering a few data.
