3. Lock in with a challenge contract. This is your commitment. You get a maximum of 2 skill switches, and each one resets your progress. No easy outs.

4. Check in daily with a built-in practice timer, evidence of your work (notes or links), a reflection journal, and mood tracking to capture how each session felt.

5. Watch your progress grow through a 30-day calendar grid, streak counter, and a leveling system that takes you from Novice through Apprentice, Practitioner, and Specialist all the way to Master.
