HourFlow - Job Time Tracker

Stop losing money on unbilled hours. HourFlow turns your iPhone into a simple time tracker and invoice machine — built for contractors, freelancers, and tradespeople who work with their hands, not spreadsheets.

No signup required for core use. Just tap, track, and invoice.

----------

⏱ ONE-TAP TIME TRACKING
Start and stop a timer with a single tap. Running late to a job? Start the timer from your lock screen. Forget to stop it? Edit your entries later. HourFlow keeps every billable minute accounted for.

PROFESSIONAL INVOICES IN SECONDS
Turn your tracked hours into clean, professional invoices your clients will actually pay. Add your logo, customize line items, and send directly from your phone via email, text, or any messaging app.

GET PAID YOUR WAY
Include payment links for PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App right on your invoices. Clients tap a link and pay — no awkward "where do I send the check?" conversations.

TAG & ORGANIZE EVERYTHING
Tag entries by job type, location, or client. See exactly where your time (and money) goes. Perfect for managing multiple jobs across the week.

KNOW YOUR NUMBERS
See daily, weekly, and monthly earnings at a glance. Spot your most profitable clients. Know exactly what you're worth per hour — not what you think you're worth.

DARK MODE
Track time at 6 AM or midnight without burning your retinas. HourFlow supports dark mode so the app stays comfortable to use on early mornings, late nights, and everything in between.

OFFLINE-FIRST
No internet? No problem. Core time tracking, client management, and invoicing work directly on your device. Your business data stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it.
