Housenote: Student Homes

Finding a student house in Bristol means checking a dozen agent websites every
day, and the good ones are gone within hours. Housenote puts every student
property in the city into one feed and tells you the moment a new one appears.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your university email
2. Set your area, price and number of bedrooms
3. Get a notification the moment a matching house is listed

That is it. No more checking sites every morning, no more inbox full of agent
mailouts, no more finding out about a house after the viewings are full.

EVERY HOUSE, ONE FEED

We gather student listings from agents across Bristol and put them in a single
place, grouped into the student areas around your university. See at a glance
which areas are worth a look and how far each one is from campus.

BE FIRST, NOT LUCKY

Student housing is a numbers game. The more houses you see and the earlier you
see them, the better your chances. Instant notifications mean you hear about a
property while viewings are still free.

SHORTLIST WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET

Save the houses you like and skip the ones you don't. Share a house straight to your group
chat and react in a tap, so the whole house decides together.

FIND PEOPLE STILL LOOKING

Not sorted your group yet? Post what you are after on the Flatmate Forum and
see who else is still looking.

BILLS, SORTED

Housenote Bills puts energy, water, broadband and contents cover into one
monthly payment, split between everyone in the house. One bill, one amount
each, no chasing housemates.

PERKS WORTH HAVING

Student deals around the city, like a free pizza from Pizzarova.

BUILT IN BRISTOL

Housenote was built by Bristol students who got tired of the same scramble,
for students at the University of Bristol and UWE. It is free to download and
free to use.
