You can quickly track water progress, review daily rhythm, and browse saved records in a calm, visual diary style. Meal logs can include a meal type, selected food groups, portion size, fullness level, scene, water amount, notes, and an optional photo. Saving a meal log uses in-app coins, while quick water taps, reminders, archive viewing, and local guide browsing remain available as part of the core experience.
