HR Broadcast

HR Broadcast is a free app that helps you use Apple Watch heart rate in supported cycling apps and compatible bike computers.

Start the Watch App on Apple Watch to collect your live heart rate. Then keep HR Broadcast open on iPhone to relay that heart rate as a standard Bluetooth Heart Rate sensor. In your cycling app, choose the iPhone heart rate sensor. Some apps may show your iPhone name instead of the six-digit broadcast code.

Works with apps and devices that support Bluetooth Heart Rate sensors, including iPad or computer cycling apps such as MyWhoosh and Zwift, and some compatible bike computers.

Notes:
- Requires Apple Watch for real-time heart rate collection.

- The Apple Watch App may install automatically after installing the iPhone app. If it does not appear, open the iPhone Watch app and install HR Broadcast manually.
- Some bike computers, such as Garmin Edge 530, may not be supported due to firmware limitations. Please test with your own device.
