Complete order details if not auto-populated. Order Date , Order Status , Laboratory, Ordering Provider, CC Provider
Panels and tests are mapped to the selected laboratory facility; it is important to select the correct laboratory facility when creating the order
Select ICD code(s) from Previous Visits, ICD Groups from Practice or simply search using the Search from ICD10 from Practice search option.
Additional Info allows the user to add additional clinical information to the Lab Requisition Form; depending on the lab some lab tests may require additional information.

Skin Test Results:
Provided new option to enter Skin Test Results for an existing Skin Test order.
Enter Wheal/Flare and Grade.
On clicking the View Results button, the results are displayed in PDF and can be printed.

JOSH is the feature of Transcription with moduleMD's AI Tool.
