This is a great way to start working out or start working out faster, featuring an introductory program to help build a foundation for your body.
The movements are simple enough that almost anyone should be able to do them, while also providing enough variation to be able to challenge anyone.
This program is especially good for those with aches, pain & stiffness, providing a low impact way to build & strengthen the muscles & ligaments surrounding joint areas, helping to reinforce them.
All in all, this program is for people who just want to take care of their body, & nothing more. Because of that, they want to take care of their body as quickly & efficiently as possible.
Our goal is to make the process of working out as easy & quick as it possibly can be, while still maintaining its effectiveness.
We want people to still get the benefits of resistance training, but not have to spend so much time doing it.
By limiting the time, effort & work it takes on your part, we hope to make working out a lot easier for people to add to their lives & stick with.
In this program, everything is already set before you, & all of the prep work is done for you, so that all you have to do is follow the exercises & workout plan, & it will take care of your whole body for you.
This program is a one-stop-shop for all of your body’s foundational strength training needs, and a program that provides those needs in very fast fashion.
Our #1 one goal is to help make working out a regular, normal, routine part of people’s lives, so that people have something that they can regularly do to take care of their bodies.
Our hope is that if we make working out easier, more people will do it. Because if more people do it, that means more people get to live with the benefits of it.
We believe that working out should be something that we all do routinely, just like we routinely brush our teeth,
We believe that taking care of your body with resistance training should be a way of life. We are here to help as many people as we possibly can believe that & start doing it for themselves.
Our motto is: "Craft your vehicle, drive your life"
We hope that this program helps you live your life better! -Human Body Shop
