I&M fastpay Mobile Banking Application

Fastpay is a revolutionary new banking app designed to promote financial inclusion in the Ugandan market. The app enables I&M Bank customers to manage their account, debit card, pay a variety of bills, micro-save, transfer funds and create a fastpay wallet. All from the comfort of your smartphone!

HOW TO REGISTER:

Simply download the app and follow the instructions onscreen to link your I&M Bank account(s). You will need your account number, registered mobile phone number and some additional information to confirm your identity after which upon successful enrolment, you will receive a default m-PIN by SMS to access the app.

If you do not have an I&M Bank account, please select the relevant option on screen and follow the instructions to create a fastpay wallet account conveniently from the comfort of your phone and start transacting within 24 hours.

MANAGE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT(S):

- Check your account statements or request a mini statement and always have your balances at your fingertips.
- Securely transfer funds and get a full 360-degree view on your local and foreign currency portfolio.
- All this through an easy and simple to use interface.

LOANS:

- View and track your loan statement to ensure you are never delayed on any repayments.
- Using a graphical interface see how your loan is reducing and easily breakdown the outstanding principal and interest due.

TRANSFERS AND PAYMENTS:

- Securely transfer funds directly from your smartphone to;
- Any of your accounts.
- Any account in I&M Bank.
- Any bank account in Uganda.
- Any international bank account.
- Any Airtel or MTN Mobile Money wallet.

INTRODUCING FASTPAY:

- With fastpay you can:
- Pay any type of bill from TV, Internet, Airtime and Utilities to all major service providers in Uganda.
- Use a fastpay wallet and send money to any other fastpay user absolutely FREE. Your money, you’re in control!
- Pay for goods or services with VISA on Mobile at any participating outlet using QR technology.
- Send and request money from any MTN or Airtel Mobile Money wallet.
- Link your FREE VISA pre-paid card to your wallet and withdraw funds from any VISA enabled ATM or pay for goods and services at any VISA enabled POS terminal in Uganda.

CARDS:

- Block your card at any time directly from the app in the event of an emergency.
- Request a new card from the app.
- Link your card to any of your local currency or foreign currency account(s) directly from the app and safeguard yourself from foreign exchange risk when spending locally and abroad.

MICROSAVE:

- Save any amount as small as UGX1,000 directly from your phone using the fastpay savings feature.
- Flexible and convenient tenures ranging from 1 day to 3 months give you complete control of how your money is saved.
- Earn interest and track your savings directly from the app and have this automatically credited back to your account on maturity.

BRANCH/ATM/AGENT LOCATOR:

- Conveniently locate any branch/ATM/agent within the app.
- Check your nearest branch/agent’s business hours to ensure your needs are handled effectively and efficiently.
