I IBG Connect App får de pårørende adgang til information, som tilbuddet deler med de pårørende gennem iBG systemet. Derudover får de pårørende mulighed for at kommunikere med den borger, de er tilknyttet, såfremt borgeren anvender IBG Basis App.
