Iced: Screen Time Control

Iced is the world’s first location-based screen time blocking app!

We help you control screen time by blocking distracting apps the moment you walk out of your safe zone—like your dorm, apartment, or home. Instead of relying on willpower or constantly checking timers, Iced uses your location to enforce the limits you’ve already decided on. When you leave a safe environment, distractions are blocked automatically. When you get back, access returns.

This means your screen time limits are applied in the right places, at the right moments, when they matter most.

With a premium subscription, Iced allows you to:
- Block selected apps when you leave at specific locations
- Use focus sessions to lock distractions even in your safe spaces
- Track screen time insights over time
- View focus times through Live Activity widgets

You set the rules once. Iced runs them for you.

Built for focus, not guilt.
No social pressure.
No unnecessary data collection.

Just a simple system that helps you be present and productive.
