Your documents, on your device. Encrypted, without an account.

IdVault helps you find identity documents, remember expiry dates and prepare copies to share. Documents and OCR processing stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. The current app interface is in Italian.

SCAN, CHECK AND SAVE
Scan a document, review and correct the recognised information, then save it. Your first complete OCR scan is free. Cancelled or unsaved scans do not use the free scan.

DOCUMENTS AND FAMILY
Organise identity cards, passports, driving licences, health cards and other documents, including those belonging to family members. Keep numbers, dates and images together.

EXPIRY REMINDERS
Choose when to receive alerts. Notification text hides document names by default. Open the relevant item after authenticating.

PREPARE A COPY — PRO
Choose text fields and images, redact areas of photographs and add a watermark showing the recipient, purpose and date. Preview the PDF before sharing. The original stays unchanged. A watermark does not prevent copying or forwarding. Temporary file cleanup only affects the app's local copies.

ENCRYPTED BACKUP — PRO
Export a password-protected archive containing documents, images, receipts and family members. The new format supports restoration on another device without the original device's encryption key. Keep your password and archive safe.

RECEIPTS AND WARRANTIES
Keep receipts and purchase dates, with reminders before warranty expiry.

PRIVACY
No mandatory account. Local data protected with AES-256 encryption and device authentication. No advertising or analytics SDKs. You choose when to export or share your information.

FREE: up to 3 documents, expiry reminders and your first complete OCR scan.
PRO: unlimited documents, further OCR scans, encrypted backup and advanced exports. Choose a monthly subscription or a one-time purchase at the price displayed by the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple account settings. Previously saved documents remain accessible after Premium expires.

Digital copies do not replace original identity documents.
