IglooPlate Rota & Timesheets

IglooPlate Staff puts the rota in everyone's pocket.

Managers build and publish the week from their phone or the IglooPlate portal. The team sees it the moment it lands — who is on, when, and where — and can clock in, ask for time off, swap a shift or claim an open one without a single group chat.

FOR THE TEAM
• See the published rota and your own shifts at a glance
• Clock in and out, with a check that you're at work
• Leave a note on a shift — "forgot to clock out, left at 10"
• Request holiday and see what you have left
• Offer a shift for swap, or claim one that's going spare
• Set the days you can and can't work
• Read and sign contracts and workplace policies
• Complete training courses and read team announcements
• Keep your own details up to date

FOR MANAGERS
• Build, edit and publish the rota from your phone
• See wages and labour cost as you plan the week
• Approve holiday, swaps and claims on the go
• See who is clocked in right now
• Check and sign off timesheets before payroll
• Keep the whole team's paperwork in one place

BUILT IN A WORKING RESTAURANT
IglooPlate was built in a busy kitchen, for busy kitchens — pubs, cafés, restaurants and any small team that runs on a rota. It works alongside IglooPlate Kitchen HACCP, or entirely on its own.

PLANS
Up to 9 people at a site is free, for good. Above that, a site subscription unlocks swaps, timesheets, contracts, policies and exports — with a free trial.
