IK : vos indemnités kilométriques et vos notes de frais en toute simplicité.
IK peut être lancé automatiquement soit en utilisant la fonction raccourci de votre IPhone soit avec un Ibeacon (achat en supplément contact@isium.fr)

Vous pouvez aussi piloter l'enregistrement du trajet depuis votre Apple Watch.

Le parcours en enregistré par le GPS en tâche de fond, IK fonctionne en parallèle de Waze et autres mappers.
En cours de trajet ou après avoir terminé votre trajet vous pouvez ajouter des notes de frais en les prenant en photos ou manuellement.
Les notes de frais peuvent aussi être enregistrées indépendamment sans trajet.

Lorsque vous le décidez vous pouvez extraire l'ensemble de vos trajets, avec ou sans les notes de frais.
Vous obtenez au choix un fichier CSV (type Excel) que vous pourrez modifier si vous le souhaitez ou un fichier PDF. Vous pourrez transmettre le tout à votre comptabilité en moins de 2 minutes.

Aucune limitation que ce soit en nombre de trajet, ou d'extraction.
Les données sont stockées sur votre téléphone, personne d'autre que vous ne peut y avoir accès.
