Thus, a GIRA home server or any RTI XP-series processor is needed to make this app functional.
Then, it is as easy as can be: Simply add a new project and so called "events" for this project, then add one or many new locations with their according trigger radius and select the corresponding "event".
Now, after you enterer or left any location, the iOS device will fire and the GIRA home server or RTI controller will execute the connected "event" . whatever that might be ;-)
For instance, open your electric fence before you actually see it.
This App can be used with the ISE Smart Connect Remote Access Gateway or the GIRA S1 and the server provided by ISE GmbH or the Gira device portal respectively.
