ImmerGround: Music Visualizer

Turn your music into live, reactive visuals, right from your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

ImmerGround is a music-reactive visual instrument for musicians, VJs, producers, and performers. Start from a shader or bring your own video and images, map them to audio and MIDI, and watch every beat, note, and frequency reshape the picture in real time. Your media, your mappings, your show.

ImmerGround is free to download, and anyone can create projects. ImmerGround Pro, an optional auto-renewing subscription, unlocks the Pro shaders and effects, sharing, and renders up to 4K.

FEATURES

Shaders That Move to Your Music: 28 generative scenes, from cymatics and city skylines to ink, posters, petals, and glyph storms. Every scene has four knobs of its own, already mapped to the music, so it moves with your track from the first second.

Your Music, in Sync: Play songs from your files or your music library, build setlists, or use the mic. The Music Clock follows tempo and beats live, so effects and pad scenes land on the beat. On Mac, visuals can also follow music playing in any other app.

Audio-Reactive in Real Time: Split the spectrum into Sub, Bass, Mid, High, and Air, or dial in your own low/high frequency window so visuals react to exactly the part of the sound you want.

Full MIDI Mapping: Connect any MIDI controller and map CC knobs, notes, pitch bend, and pads to anything on screen. Built-in MIDI Learn binds a control in one move. Just touch the knob.

A Rack of Effects: Pixelate, ASCII, kaleidoscope, glitch slicing, RGB split, zoom pulse, strobe, and more, plus Old TV, Print, Film, Flow, and Depth looks. Stack and modulate them to build a look that's yours.

Precise Source-to-Effect Routing: Pick a source (a bass band, a MIDI knob, a held note), pick a destination (glitch amount, zoom, kaleidoscope sides, playback speed), and shape exactly how one drives the other. Set the response curve (linear, exponential, or eased), clamp the output range so the effect only travels as far as you want, and add smoothing so motion stays fluid instead of jittery. Build as many of these links as you like, all running at once.

Trigger Mode, Pad Scenes & Video Cues: Load a bank of clips and images, then fire them from pads. Split a video into pads and jump to any moment with a tap, a key, or a MIDI pad. Perform setlists, not settings.

Multi-Layer Compositing: Stack video, image, and effect layers with blend modes and opacity to composite rich, original visuals.

Store: Free VJ loops, shader looks, and effect packs, right on the library page.

Projects That Remember: Create unlimited projects, each saved automatically. Full undo and redo that survives across launches, so you can experiment fearlessly.

Built for the Stage and the Studio: A fast, hardware-inspired interface designed for live control. Universal across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

From bedroom jams to club walls, ImmerGround makes expressive visual performance accessible. No steep learning curve, just tools that follow your music.

Bring your sound to life.
