Impetus: ADHD Coach

Impetus is an AI coach for people with ADHD — built to help you actually start.

If you've ever stared at one simple task and physically couldn't begin, Impetus is for you. Instead of another to-do list that guilt-trips you, it does the hard first step with you.

Just talk to it like texting a friend:
• "I keep avoiding my taxes" — it breaks the task into the first tiny step and gets you moving
• "Remind me to call the dentist tomorrow at 9" — it sets the reminder
• "Find that email from my landlord and draft a reply" — it drafts it for you to review

What Impetus does:
• Turns what's in your head into clear next steps
• Breaks scary tasks into a small, doable start
• Reads your energy from the conversation and suggests the right next thing — a quick win when you're drained, the bigger task when you're firing
• Sends gentle check-in reminders so you don't have to remember to open the app
• A focus mode that can shield distracting apps while you work
• Optional calendar and email help so it can get things done, not just talk about them

The core is free. Impetus Plus ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) removes the daily limit and unlocks the full focus shield.

Impetus is a productivity tool, not a doctor, therapist, or medical or mental-health professional. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Built for adults 18 and older.
