Authorized user Tradelines

An authorized user tradeline is recorded on your credit report when someone else adds you as an authorized user on their credit card. Once you become an authorized user, this credit card is reported as a tradeline on your credit, granting you positive credit history reporting to your credit profile.


Housing Approval packages can be used for apartments, townhomes, and houses for RENTING ONLY. This packages is commonly suggested and used if client has:

1. Credit Profile Number
    •    Will be generated by us and given to you. This will be your brand new credit profile, completely new and registered in all of your original information and will be used in place of your social security number on the application and will allow you to get passed the background & Credit screening.
 
2. Rental verification
    •    We will provide you with a positive rental history from one of the many landlords that we work with around the country. They will also verify your rental history. 
 
3. Application processing
    •    We will complete your application for you if the apartment is chosen from a list of websites that are given to select from.


HOUSING APPROVAL PACKAGE:

2. Added Credit history to Credit profile (Tradeline )
    •    We will add an authorized user tradeline to your credit profile. This will give you a credit score of 680-700 which will be needed for a house approval. Houses are generally more strict on their credit requirement as opposed to apartments. We will provide you with an experian credit monitoring site with your Credit profile Number, so you will be aware of when your tradeline posts and your credit score is generated.
 
3. Rental verification
