Indiana County VTC

Indiana County VTC is a secure, invite-only app built for the Indiana County Veterans Treatment Court Team. It gives coordinators, administrators, and team members a single place to manage participants, communicate, and stay organized - all from their phone or tablet.

This app was built specifically for treatment court teams who need a reliable and secure way to manage their team, participant information, and more - without juggling spreadsheets, group texts, or scattered paperwork.

BUILT WITH SECURITY IN MIND

Indiana County VTC uses AES-256 encryption at the application level to protect records, notes, messages, and calendar events before they ever reach the server. Sensitive fields are encrypted with a personal key, held only by the individual handling the data.

All data in transit is protected with TLS/HTTPS, and data at rest is encrypted through Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is invite-only, and every user is assigned a role that controls what they can see and do. An app-wide audit log is kept and updated with each action to ensure accountability.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Indiana County VTC is designed for authorized members of the Indiana County Veterans Treatment Court team, and other authorized Veterans Treatment Courts. Access requires an invitation from a team administrator. This application is a tool for the people doing the work behind the scenes to support veterans in the program.
