If nothing comes to mind when you begin using the app, I encourage you to come back to it regularly whenever your subconscious thinks of an entry to add. I promise you it's highly likely it will. And I promise you it's highly likely you’ll be amazed over time as your collection grows to 1000s of things to be grateful for as you build a habit around it. 1000s of things specific to you, your life, and your story, nothing mundane or superficial.

The app is meant to be for you, owned by you, and for your eyes only. Write what you feel like writing. Disclose whatever you feel comfortable with. The data lives on your device. If you choose, the data is synced via Apple cloud to all your devices. The data is managed and encrypted via the Apple standard SwiftData and is not linked to you. I as a developer get zero access to whatever you write in the app. It is all handled by Apple, per their established standards.
