工作空间:综合查看各种类型，包括企业公共数据和个人数据。华天软件PLM移动应用支持文件夹、零组件、数据集、项目对象、变更对象和APQP对象的查看。支持数据查询、数据展示的筛选和排序等。
任务管理:可查看个人下发任务、接收任务、确认任务、任务执行进展，对待接收任务进行接受或拒绝处理，并查看相关交付物。
流程管理:提供一个个人待审批流程、转交流程、托管流程和发起流程的查看和审批空间。可以查看流程及流程附件、查看流程审批进展、针对流程进行审批给出审批意见，查阅流程审批历史。
数据查询:通过关键字对系统内所有对象进行查询，并对查询结果筛选和排序功能。华天软件PLM移动应用系统根据对象编号和名称查询符合条件的文件夹、零组件、数据集、变更对象、APQP、项目、任务、流程等对象。
消息管理:提供系统消息查看，以及特定类型消息直接链接到消息对象的功能（如流程提醒消息，直接可进入相应的流程对象）。
