Ärzte, die Abläufe in ihrer Praxis verbessern, Patienten multimedial informieren und die Umsätze deutlich steigern möchten, finden in dem System infoskop® die perfekte Lösung: Die von der synMedico GmbH entwickelte und auf dem iPad® realisierte Anwendung erfüllt diese und viele weitere Anforderungen in einem einzigen Werkzeug. Die Bedienung ist ebenso leicht wie die Integration in die vorhandene Software-Infrastruktur der Praxis. Patienten- und Anamnesebögen werden auf dem Touchscreen ausgefüllt, der Arzt führt die Patientenaufklärung am tragbaren Gerät durch oder informiert mit hinterlegten Graphiken und Videos oder anhand importierter Röntgenbilder über die Behandlung. Die App wird so auch zum wichtigen Marketinginstrument. Alle am Gerät durchgeführten Aufklärungsaktivitäten werden automatisch protokolliert und vom Patienten elektronisch signiert. Damit werden Leistungen, Kosten und Eingriffe anschaulich vermittelt und vor allem rechtskonform dokumentiert. Aktuell 14.000 Anwender arbeiten mit der mobilen Aufklärungsplattform infoskop® und nutzen einen medizinisch geprüften Bestand von 1500 Videos und 800 Formularen.
