We show your own Apple Health readings against your own trailing baseline or a published reference range, and cite the source behind every comparison.

HOW STEADY YOUR OWN READINGS ARE
A number is only worth reading if it holds still long enough to mean something. So we measured how much each overnight reading carries from one night to the next, across months of nights, and weighted the scoring to match. On the watch we measured, overnight HRV moved largely at random, so it counts for less than resting heart rate, which holds. Heart signals are read against your own baseline: 50 ms HRV is good for you if your baseline is 40 ms. Early on, those rows say "BASELINE PENDING."

THE RESEARCH UNDER EVERY NUMBER
Every comparison cites its source, a peer-reviewed study or a published guideline, tappable so you can read it yourself. When InnerRipple notes that 6 hours is under the published adult range, you see where that range comes from (the AASM and Sleep Research Society put adults at 7 to 9 hours).

YOUR BLOODWORK, ON YOUR DEVICE
Scan a lab report or enter values by hand, and InnerRipple trends each marker over time, even across labs. You confirm every scanned or typed value before it is used. An out-of-range marker adds plain-language context to what your wearable sees, like low ferritin alongside low HRV, described and never prescribed. Your entries sync through your own private iCloud. Never a diagnosis.

ON YOUR WRIST
A watchOS companion with five surfaces: Today's Investment, Today's Ripple, Sleep Recap (on wrist raise after wake), Mindful Minute with three breath patterns and five ambient sounds, and HRV Training Mode (resonance breathing with live heart rate). Three complications and a Smart Stack widget. Reads HealthKit on its own, so it works without the iPhone nearby.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT WE CAN'T SEE
InnerRipple reads heart, sleep, breath, movement, body measurement, and temperature signals. Other health factors live outside that scope: smoking, alcohol, diet quality, medications, genetics, pre-existing conditions, environmental exposures. InnerRipple's scoring doesn't include them, so a high score doesn't mean you're healthy if those factors are unfavorable.

No accounts. No logins. No tracking. No third-party SDKs. Everything is computed on your iPhone and Apple Watch. On a locked iPhone, widgets hide your readings and Siri asks you to unlock first. Revoke any Apple Health permission anytime in iPhone Settings. Free.
