InShift - Shift Schedule

InShift shows your shift schedule, lets you swap a shift with a coworker, clock in at work and see how much you have earned. No spreadsheets, group chats or forgotten shifts.

WHAT THE APP DOES

Your schedule, always at hand
Your shifts by day, week and month. Opens instantly and works offline: the schedule is there even in a basement or on the subway.

Shift swaps in one step
Need a day off? Offer your shift to coworkers and they get notified right away. The manager confirms and the schedule updates itself.

Open shifts
See unfilled shifts at every location where you can work and take the ones that suit you.

Time off and days off
Request a vacation or a day off from your phone and get the answer as a notification. Your remaining vacation days are always visible.

Clock in and out
Point your camera at the code on the tablet at your workplace and the time is recorded. Your check-ins for the month are in the app.

Pay without questions
What you earned for shifts, bonuses and what has already been paid. Every number is explained.

Chat and announcements
Talk to your team in a private work chat: company-wide, per location, groups and direct messages. Manager announcements never get lost in the conversation.

Notifications that matter
New schedule, a change in your shifts, a shift reminder, an answer to your request, an open shift nearby.

Equipment
Laptop, uniform, keys: what has been issued to you, with confirmation of receipt.

For managers
The manager dashboard right on your phone: requests waiting for a decision, who is on shift, the check-in board, team pay, birthdays.

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

Build the schedule in the browser at admin.inshift.app in ten minutes and the team sees it on their phones the same moment. Working hours, substitutions, time off and payroll are calculated for you by the rules of your company. Several locations, roles and access rights, all in one organisation.

WHO IT IS FOR

Coffee shops, restaurants, retail, hotels, clinics, warehouses, manufacturing. Any team that works in shifts, from three people to a chain of locations.
