Instrukt

Simplify Your Studio’s Sub Requests with Instrukt.

Instrukt replaces the texts, spreadsheets, and crossed wires with one simple process—so your studio runs smoothly and everyone always knows who's teaching.

Built for boutique fitness, yoga, pilates, barre, cycle, and everything else studios, Instrukt is the easiest way to make sure that classes are subbed without the busywork and confusion.

Set it once, then let it run
Tell Instrukt which instructors are approved for which class types, and it takes care of the rest. When an instructor needs a sub, the request automatically goes only to instructors who are qualified to teach it - no manual matching, no double-checking, no one unqualified slipping through, no delays. Set it up once and Instrukt will handle it every time.

Instructors actually use it: Picking up a class takes seconds from the phone they already have in hand. No accounts to chase, no training required. When it's this easy, classes get subbed faster and you can focus on growing your studio.

One process, however you run things:
Whether you handle subs yourself, pay a manager to, or leave it to instructors, Instrukt streamlines the whole thing - replacing your slow, error-prone routine with one that's faster, cleaner, and saves you money.

Works alongside the MINDBODY account you already use:
Instrukt syncs with your MINDBODY schedule so staffing stays accurate without double-entry. Changes flow through automatically: fewer missed classes, fewer surprises for clients.

Everyone stays in the loop: Track sub activity — reports and records without manual tracking
