"Unlock your EloStar® flexID safe lock fast, secure and contactless via the app 'INSYS lockID'. In combination with your RFID card or RFID key ring pendant, the app allows you to use two-factor authentication for added security every time you unlock it.

EloStar® flexID
The RFID locking system with a high-quality motor lock and a compact reader unit allows security at the highest level. Access is contactless via an RFID card or key ring pendant. Goodbye key or PIN code! Additional two-factor authentication is optionally available via your personal smartphone. The insurance protection of your safe remains guaranteed, as the system is certified according to VdS and ECB•S.

INSYS lockID
Using the app 'INSYS lockID', the RFID token is coupled with the smartphone. Neither your personal device nor access card or key ring pendant can then open the safe on their own. This guarantees a particularly high level of security on two levels.

Operation
To open the lock, a one-time authorization must be granted within the app – either via a biometric feature (fingerprint, facial recognition) or via a PIN stored in the app. Only then, for example, can the RFID card unlock the lock at the safe. However, this authorization is valid only once – the opening authorization is deleted immediately after unlocking and must be issued again for the next process.

Opening procedure
- In the app, authentication takes place via the previously configured identifier, e.g. fingerprint or PIN entry.
- If the identifier matches the stored data, the RFID card or key ring pendant is released for personalized opening by placing the smartphone on the opening medium.
- The lock system is activated by briefly tapping the reader unit on the safe door.
- The access card or key ring pendant is last held close in front of the reader unit and the lock retracts so that the door can be opened.
