InterFit Timer is a plan-driven interval training manager built for athletes who need more than a basic countdown.

Unlike generic timers that only switch between exercise and rest, InterFit lets you design full workout sequences with named stages—warm-up, work intervals, active recovery, and cooldown—and run them with precise pacing, audio cues, and progress tracking.

• Training Plan System — Save, favorite, duplicate, and reuse structured plans. Browse presets by category (HIIT, Strength, Cardio, Yoga), search your library, and start from the Today tab in one tap.

• Stage Timeline Interface — Follow every stage on a clear timeline before and during your workout. The training screen highlights your current stage and auto-scrolls as you progress—no generic single-ring countdown as the core experience.

• Live Activities — See your current stage, countdown, and workout progress on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

• Apple Health Sync — Optionally save completed interval workouts to the Health app (enable in Settings). Write-only; we do not read your Health data.

• Workout History & Streaks — Review weekly volume, streak days, your most-used plan, and filter sessions by day.

• Apple Watch Companion — Start recent or favorite plans from your wrist; completed sessions sync back to iPhone.

• Focused Training Mode — Full-screen workout UI with pause, skip, and end controls. Voice cues, countdown sounds, and haptics are configurable in Settings.
