English and Japanese, plus Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Arabic, Dutch and Turkish, in any pair. Only the languages your device's speech recognition and translation support are shown.

■ What it does
・Live captions. The translation appears while you are still speaking and firms up when the phrase ends
・Spoken translations, switchable for the other person and for you independently
・Split view, with the top half rotated 180° for the person across from you
・Speaker override. If the automatic detection gets it wrong, pin it to "Me" or "Them"

■ Being straight with you
・It struggles with jargon and long sentences. Short phrases translate far better
・Because everything runs on the device, the translation is not as strong as a large cloud model. In exchange it is cheap, fast, and private
・The microphone mutes while a translation is spoken aloud, so it goes more smoothly if the other person waits for it to finish
・Requires iOS 26 or later, iPhone 11 or later. An Apple Intelligence device is not required

■ Privacy
The app collects no data. Neither your conversations nor your usage is sent anywhere.
