HIIT Builder Lite uses large fonts and contrasting colors to make it easy to see where you are in an exercise in your interval workout. Interval transitions are easy to see on the user interface. The app also rings bells when switching from one workout interval to the next workout interval.

Each interval workout can be completely customized. You can have each exercise interval be the same length or you can modify each interval’s length to get exactly what you need from the exercise.
