Iron Gauntlet

The raiders always take the shortest road. Your job is to make sure there isn't one.

Iron Gauntlet is a mazing tower defense game. Raider gangs, scrap tanks, airboats, gyrocopters and four-legged Goliath walkers pour in from the edge of the map and head for your compound. There are no walls: your gun emplacements ARE the maze. Place them to bend the raiders' route back and forth past your guns, and every tile you add to their path pays a bounty when the wave is cleared. You can never fully seal the road, so the puzzle is always how long you can make it.

SEVEN ARMORED DEFENSES
• Gun Nest: cheap twin machine guns, the building block of every maze
• Howitzer: heavy shells with splash damage
• Flamer: burning damage that ignores armor
• Tesla Rig: lightning that arcs between targets
• Rocket Pod: long-range salvos that shred aircraft
• Siren: sonic pulses that stun everything nearby
• Sunspear: a slow-turning twin laser that pierces any armor
Each upgrades three times, turns to track its target, and recoils when it fires.

A LONG CAMPAIGN
60 missions across six theaters: Scrublands, Scorched Sands, Nuclear Winter, Glow Fields, Dead City and the Caldera. Rivers, lakes, lava, cliffs and crystal fields bend every map, and airboats skim straight across the water.

INFINITE MODE
Endless escalating waves on procedurally generated battlefields. Every map comes from an 8-character seed, so you can share one with friends and compare runs, and there's a new daily seed every day.
